Meet A Freak is strictly for adults aged eighteen (18) and over. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms.

Anyone suspected or found to be under 18 may be immediately suspended or removed. Suspected exploitation of a child or other unlawful conduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Meet A Freak does not require members to submit identification documents and does not verify, screen, endorse or guarantee a member’s identity, age, background, character, intentions, honesty or safety.

A profile, photograph, chat request, accepted request, message or account history must never be treated as proof that a person is who they claim to be or that meeting them is safe.

You must make your own enquiries, use independent judgment and take all reasonable steps necessary to protect yourself before trusting, contacting or meeting another member.

You are responsible for deciding whom to communicate with, what information to disclose and whether, when and where to meet. Meet A Freak cannot supervise private communications or in-person encounters.

Before meeting, consider a voice or video call, meet in a busy public place, tell a trusted person your plans, share your location with that person, arrange your own transportation and keep control of your food and drinks.

Do not share your home address, workplace, banking information, passwords, security codes or other sensitive information. Never send money or financial assistance to someone you have met through the platform.

If you feel unsafe, end contact, block and report the account. Contact the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service or emergency services where there is immediate danger or suspected criminal activity.

Members must provide truthful profile information and must not impersonate another person, misrepresent their age, create a misleading identity or falsely claim another person participates in a couple profile.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for activity conducted through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Consent is mandatory. A profile view, chat request, accepted request, message, photograph, previous encounter or prior sexual activity is not consent and creates no obligation to communicate, meet, share content or participate in sexual activity.

Consent may be withheld or withdrawn at any time. Members must respect refusals, blocks, requests to stop, and all physical and digital boundaries.

Coercion, harassment, stalking, intimidation, threats, blackmail and non-consensual sexual conduct are prohibited.

Members must comply with the laws that apply where they live, access the platform or meet another person, including laws concerning sexual offences, consent, children, harassment, fraud, trafficking, exploitation, privacy and the sharing of intimate material.

Meet A Freak must not be used to solicit, advertise, arrange or facilitate unlawful sexual services, sexual exploitation, trafficking or any sexual activity involving a person under 18.

Nothing on the platform authorises conduct prohibited by the Sexual Offences Act of Trinidad and Tobago or any other law applicable to a member.

You remain responsible for profile information, photographs, feed posts, comments, messages and all other content you submit. You must have the right and consent necessary to upload or share it.

Do not publish, record, copy, distribute or threaten to distribute another person’s private or intimate content without permission. Once content is shared, Meet A Freak cannot guarantee that a recipient will not save, screenshot or misuse it.

By submitting content, you grant Meet A Freak the limited permission required to host, display, process and deliver that content for operation, moderation and security of the platform.

You may not use Meet A Freak for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative or dangerous conduct. Prohibited conduct includes impersonation, catfishing, scams, harassment, stalking, threats, coercion, extortion, malware, unauthorised account access, non-consensual intimate content, evading a block or ban, and any activity involving a minor.

Meet A Freak may remove content and restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms, safety rules or applicable law have been breached.

A chat request only shows that one member wishes to communicate. Acceptance does not establish identity, trust, consent or any promise of an in-person meeting.

Members may decline requests, stop communicating, block or report another account at any time. Attempts to continue contact after a clear refusal may lead to account action.

Members should report suspected abuse, fraud, threats, exploitation, underage use or dangerous behaviour. Reports may result in content removal, restriction, suspension, termination or preservation of relevant records.

Meet A Freak may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required or permitted. Reporting to Meet A Freak is not a substitute for contacting police or emergency services.

Moderation is intended to support the community but cannot detect or prevent every false statement, harmful message or unsafe encounter.

Meet A Freak provides technology that allows adults to create profiles and communicate. Meet A Freak is not a party to, organiser of or participant in private meetings, relationships, transactions or sexual activity between members.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meet A Freak does not guarantee member conduct, compatibility, identity, safety, uninterrupted availability or any particular outcome from using the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a responsibility or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To control operating, database, messaging, storage and bandwidth costs, Meet A Freak may limit requests, profile loading, messages, media, refreshes or other features. Limits may change as the platform grows.

We may add, modify, pause or discontinue features and do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our collection and use of account, profile, communications, moderation and technical information is described in the Privacy Policy. Review it before using the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, while members must also follow mandatory laws and protections that apply in their own country or location.

We may update these Terms as the platform, law or safety requirements change. Continued use after notice of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
