These terms apply to every creator and advertiser application, subscription, profile, sponsored placement and promotional post on Meet A Freak.
Advertising does not mean arranging sexual services. Meet A Freak sells promotional visibility only and prohibits paid sexual-service advertising, procuring, exploitation and unlawful activity.

Meet A Freak provides approved creators, businesses, brands and event promoters with digital advertising space. Subscription fees purchase visibility only. They do not purchase introductions, bookings, sexual services, referrals or access to members.

Advertisers must be at least 18, provide accurate identity and ownership information, hold the rights to submitted content and receive written management approval. Payment does not guarantee approval. Profiles remain hidden until approval and subscription activation are complete.

Advertising, requesting, arranging, negotiating or facilitating prostitution, escorting or sexual activity offered in exchange for money, gifts, accommodation, transportation or anything else of value is prohibited. Rates, sexual-service menus, incall or outcall offers, deposits and coded attempts to avoid this rule are prohibited.

Meet A Freak does not negotiate prices, arrange meetings, schedule appointments, collect customer payments, hold funds or take commission from an advertiser's external transactions. Subscription prices are fixed advertising charges and are not linked to an advertiser's earnings.

Subject to approval, categories may include lawful adult content creators, photographers, performers, nightlife and event promoters, adult-wellness businesses and approved lifestyle brands. Approval of adult-oriented content is never approval to sell sexual access or in-person sexual services.

Every identifiable participant must be an adult who freely consented to the creation and distribution of the content. Advertisers must retain reliable age and consent records and provide them when requested. Non-consensual, exploitative, trafficked or unlawfully distributed content is prohibited.

Minors, persons presented as minors, child sexual abuse material and sexualised age-play depicting children are strictly prohibited. Meet A Freak may preserve relevant records, immediately disable access and report suspected abuse or exploitation where required or permitted by law.

Creator profiles may use only an approved WhatsApp contact link. Event and business advertisements may use an approved website or WhatsApp link. Links must not direct users to unlawful sexual-service listings, fraudulent payment pages, malware or prohibited material. Meet A Freak may remove any link without notice.

Freak Starter, Freak Plus and Freak Spotlight purchase only the features assigned to their tiers. No tier guarantees a specific number of views, enquiries, sales or continuous placement. Sponsored placements will be clearly labelled.

Advertisers are responsible for their claims, content, products, external services, licences, consents, taxes, refunds, customer disputes and compliance with every applicable law. A verification badge confirms only that specified information was reviewed; it is not an endorsement.

An advertising subscription does not create employment, agency, partnership, management, fiduciary or joint-venture relationships. Advertisers cannot make promises or representations on behalf of Meet A Freak.

Meet A Freak supplies advertising space and platform functionality and is not a party to off-platform arrangements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meet A Freak is not responsible for an advertiser's independent statements, products, services, meetings or transactions. Nothing excludes liability or legal duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Management may request evidence, reject content, restrict links or messaging, pause advertising, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, refuse renewal and cooperate with lawful investigations. Serious safety or legal concerns may result in immediate action without prior notice.

Suspected paid sexual-service advertising, trafficking, exploitation, involvement of minors, non-consensual content, fraud or threats should be reported to meetafreakadmin@touchmett.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, subject to mandatory rights and obligations under applicable law.
